NoWhere's Details
NoWhere's Details are pictures from China where the present turns into the past more rapidly than anywhere else. They show details of a society in radical change, details within the meaning of magnification and abstraction.
Analogue pinhole photography with long exposure times, extremely manipulated digital images, fine-art inkjet prints on handmade material not intended for this process, overprinting with another image, a reproduction as strong magnification of specific detail. This process of combining old and new, handmade and automation at it's best, copy and duplicate is found in society and in the creation of these images.
